Jade Scape (former Shunfu Ville) is a New Launch Condominium by Qingjian Realty at Shunfu Road in District 20 Singapore. The residential development sits on former HUDC Shunfu Ville site (408,927 sq ft), which was being enbloc in May 2016 for $638 million or $791 per sq ft (psf) per plot ratio.  

The project is expected to feature a mixture of landed units and high-rise units of up to 25-storeys. Qingjian Realty plans to build about 1000 homes and launch the project in 2018. Some units in this development will have stunning, unblocked views of MacRitchie reservoir. In terms of location, Jade Scape is only approx 200 metres to Marymount MRT Station (Circle Line) and minutes walk to future Upper Thomson MRT Station (Thomson-East Coast Line) which it very attractive proposition for both personal stay and for investment.

Location

Jade Scape is located in very matured estate in District 20 Singapore. Access to public transport is fairly easy with Marymount MRT (which runs on the Circle line) located within walking distance (200 metres away ) and by the time the development is completed– estimated 2021 – it will also have access to the Upper Thomson MRT station (650m away), which should be completed in about the same year.



Thomson Plaza is just nearby, which has a large FairPrice Finest supermarket for all your everyday grocery needs. Shunfu Food Centre is also in the vicinity, so there is plenty of dining options. Reputable Schools such as Raffles Junior College (RJC) and Catholic High is also nearby. For those who enjoy nature and healthy living – MacRitchie Reservoir Park is about 1km away, which makes it a good weekend spot for families.
